It is anticipated that planning permission will be forthcoming in early 2007, once South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Area Action Plan and Cambridge City Council’s Local Plan are formally adopted.
This will result in the first homes and local facilities being constructed on-site during late 2007.
The development could be complete by 2013.
